Dan has over a 14 years of experience in the real estate industry, in both investments and brokerage. Before becoming a full-time entrepreneur, Dan managed multi-million dollar sales territories in the medical device industry and worked as a consultant for a Fortune 10 company in corporate risk management. A native of MN, and graduate of Bethel University with degrees in Finance & Marketing, Dan is still proud to call the Twin Cities home and is passionate in developing and improving its real estate market. He lives in White Bear Lake with his wife, Danielle, and three children.

Justin heads up the team’s ex-Minnesota strategy, focusing on multifamily joint ventures and syndications in the Southeast & Mountain West regions. Justin studied Finance at Miami University and started his career with Cintas working his way up to General Manager.  After the division he worked for was purchased in 2014  Justin set out to create financial freedom through apartment investing. He lives in Minneapolis with his wife, Michelle, and three children.
